Standard Delivery Information
|
| 1. | Free Delivery to most UK destinations on orders over £50 - Check the table below for more details. |
| 2. | No deliveries or orders despatched on Bank Holidays. |
| 3. | Please note items may be despatched to you in the original manufacturer's box without additional packaging. If the item is for a gift please call us with your order reference immediately after placing the order and we will despatch your order in a plain box wherever possible. |
| 4. | For items in stock we will despatch within 5 - 7 working days of order date. |
| 5. | You will be emailed to confirm that your order has been despatched. |
| 6. | Deliveries are normally made between Monday - Friday 8am until 6pm. |
| 7. | Once an order has been despatched it is unfortunately too late to amend or cancel your order. |
| 8. | DPD will attempt to the deliver the item once. If a safe place has not been chosen, your parcel will be taken to a local DPD Pick Up shop. No further delivery attempts will be made. |

| EVRI | £3.95 on orders under £20 - Can take up to 10 working days for delivery |
| DPD LOCAL | FREE on orders over £50 otherwise £4.95 |
| EXPRESS* | £7.50 - Normally next business day delivery if ordered before Midday (Mon-Fri) |
| SATURDAY* | £8.50 - Saturday delivery if ordered before Midday Friday (excluding Good Friday) |
*Express and Saturday delivery available to most Mainland U.K. destinations when placed before Midday - Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and particularly remote locations.
An alternative courier may be selected depending on location and availability.

In Flight Delivery Options

Provide us with your mobile telephone number (in the format 07 without international codes) and you will receive a SMS text to confirm despatch of your order and on the morning of delivery a second SMS text to confirm your availability. You will be given the option to re-arrange the delivery to a another convenient day.
Further options may be provided to opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour, have the parcel left in a specified safe place or collect the parcel from your DPD Local Pickup Shop.
Please Note:
i : This service is NOT available to all items despatched with ourselves.
ii : Your mobile phone number will be passed to the courier company for them to provide you with a text message.
iii : We will never pass your phone number on to any other companies.
iv : Bladed products exclude the option to leave the item safe.
