For items in stock we will despatch within 3 - 5 working days of order date. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

An email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been shipped.

The order should arrive within 2 working days following this email. Deliveries are normally made between Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm.

DPD will attempt to the deliver the item once. If a safe place has not been chosen, your parcel will be taken to a local DPD Pick Up shop. No further delivery attempts will be made.

Please note items may be dispatched to you in the original manufacturer's box without additional packaging.

Delivery labels may be attached directly to the original box which may disclose the contents. All boxes used are suitable for the method of transit.

EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE - £7.50 - Normally next business day delivery if ordered before Midday (Mon-Fri).

SATURDAY COURIER SERVICE - £8.50 - Saturday delivery if ordered before Midday Friday (excluding Good Friday)

Express delivery available to most Mainland U.K. destinations when placed before Midday - Excludes Scottish Highlands and remote locations.

Provide us with your mobile telephone number (in the format 07 without international codes) and you will receive a SMS text to confirm despatch of your order and on the morning of delivery a second SMS text to confirm your availability. You will be given the option to re-arrange the delivery to a another convenient day.

Under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 we are only allowed to sell knives and bladed products to persons aged 18 and over.

Part of our offering as a Cookware and Kitchenware retailer is that we offer for sale a number of bladed products which are restricted for purchase to persons under the age of 18.

We take our responsibility of ensuring age verification very seriously and employ the following policy to ensure that we comply.

All orders placed for bladed products will be despatched with DPD Local's Adult Signature required delivery service. DPD Local may request proof of id in order to deliver your parcel. If you are unable to provide identification or you are under the age of 18 then DPD Local will refuse delivery and return the item to us.

We will be unable to leave safe any bladed products and requests to leave safe will be ignored.

We are unable to ship orders to Jersey, Guernsey and the Scilly Isles and to any address outside of the U.K. Mainland.

Any orders placed requiring delivery to a destination that we are unable to ship to will be cancelled.
