The need to manually scrape sticky ingredients from the side of the bowl is eliminated thanks to a double scraper beater that skims the bowl 1300 times a minute in a planetary mixing cycle, providing patisserie-quality results.
Finished with 100% metal gearing and a solid die-cast stand, the Sage scrape mixer was clearly built to last, with a high-clarity glass bowl and dishwasher-safe accessories completing the professional design.
