Smart and versatile, the Sage by Heston Blumenthal Scrape Mixer is the perfect helping hand when baking at home.
Not only does this modern mixer boast a large 4.7L capacity, a powerful 800W motor and 6 electronically controlled speed settings, it's also able to detect when heavier batters are being mixed and automatically adjust the power to maintain the selected speed.
The need to manually scrape sticky ingredients from the side of the bowl is eliminated thanks to a double scraper beater that skims the bowl 1300 times a minute in a planetary mixing cycle, providing patisserie-quality results.
Finished with 100% metal gearing and a solid die-cast stand, the Sage scrape mixer was clearly built to last, with a high-clarity glass bowl and dishwasher-safe accessories completing the professional design.
