Whilst the high quality ceramic coating inside and out ensures easy cleaning, the cast aluminium body guarantees quick heat transfer and heat retention. It also has a heavy gauge base which eliminates ‘hot spots’ giving an even spread of heat and is oven safe up to temperatures of 200°C/390°F. Incredibly hard wearing and scratch resistant, the very effective non-stick properties also allow low fat/low oil cooking techniques to be used.
