Made from either earthenware or porcelain, Blue Italian is dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe and has an easy clean, non-stick surface.
Tableware can be heated in an oven, provided the dishes are not empty, up to 170C/340F/Gas Mark 3.
Cookware can be placed into an oven heated to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6* and can also be placed directly on to electric, gas or halogen hobs, as well as electric and range hot plates*.
*All dishes must not be empty when heating or cooking.
