How to claim your cashback
Submit your claim
Complete KitchenAid's online claim by midnight GMT on 31 January 2027. Have your proof of purchase, product barcode and bank details ready.
Receive your cashback
KitchenAid validates and pays successful claims. Payment will not be made until at least 30 days after the claim date.
Before you buy
The promotion is for UK residents aged 18 or over and consumer purchases only. Graded, seconds, replacement or imperfect products, and business-to-business, trade or contract sales, do not qualify. Only one claim is accepted per purchase.

Which KitchenAid machines qualify?
The formal promotion terms list KF3 (5KES8453), KF4 (5KES8454), KF7 (5KES8557) and KF8 (5KES8558). The colour suffix on an eligible model may vary.
Is the cashback deducted at checkout?
No. You pay the eCookshop price and claim the applicable cashback from KitchenAid after purchase.
When is the last day to claim?
KitchenAid must receive the completed claim by midnight GMT on 31 January 2027.
What will I need for my claim?
Keep your original receipt or invoice. KitchenAid's terms also ask for the product barcode and your bank account details.
