Scanpan Fusion 5 Pans - feature a multi layer construction, with polished stainless steel inner and outer layers, sandwiching an aluminium alloy core. The alloy core ensures fast and even heat distribution along the bottom of the pan and all the way up the sides of the pan. The very attractive, highly polished, inner and outer layers offer a durable, easy clean inner and outer surface. This range of pans is compatible with all heat sources including induction hobs.
