| I purchased my first James Martin pan following a recommendation from a close friend. I have added a full set of deep pans two stock pots and an open frying pan to my original purchase of a milk pan.These pans are in my opinion the best on the market triple walled for even heat dispersal and retention with the best feature being the fact that they do not have any seams - no seams means no hot spots. The pans are ridiculously easy to clean occasionally a gentle scouring to the inside may be required the external surface requires just a soapy cloth. I have recommended these pans to several friends and have purchased many sets for wedding presents I only hear rave reviews.Over the past 35 years of cooking I have purchased several considerably more expensive pans - I do not believe I will ever purhase another pan that will surpass these in the James Martin range. |

| The set of 3 Stellar Lamina pans and steamer have arrived less than two days from when I ordered them online- excellent email communication regarding delivery-goods were packed really well. Dawsons offered the best price too-I am very impressed and will definatly shop with them again. Pans are a christmas present for my daughter I have used Stellar cookware myself for many years. 5 star service all round |
