| I have used Dawsons several times and every time they deliver very quickly. The goods are first rate and packaged in such a way that even the worst delivery driver you can imagine and weve all seen some pretty awful ones cant chip your new china. |

| I ordered on Monday and took delivery 3days later the item is beautiful came well packaged and the customer service is outstanding not only did I get a message to tell me the day of delivery I received an e-mail giving me an hour window time on that day sure enough it arrived as they promised. Ive spent more on bigger items in next ms and other stores have to say they dont come close. Dawsons thank you will be back for more items and bringing family and friends with me. |

| Excellent service was unable to get the baking days green egg cups for my daughter who has been collecting the range. I had tried the Spode factory but thet had no more in stock so were unable to help I discovered Dawsons e-cookshop by searching the internet they had the egg cups in stock. My daughter was delighted. |
