Care & Use
Denby can be safely used for cooking food in a microwave (it is not recommended that the microwave is used for warming plates), oven and for use in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Denby recommends using low temperatures and liquid detergents in your dishwasher. All pottery and china can crack if exposed to sudden changes in temperature, no matter how strong it is, so please don't take items from the freezer and put them straight into the oven or microwave, or expose to direct heat sources such as the hob or grill.

I bought the Denby White tea plates along with the 29 platescereal bowls and pasta bowls and although Im really please with the range Im a little disappointed in the size of these plates although I think thats because Im comparing them with my old ones. These are a typicalwhat I would call old fashioned size when I was expecting a more modern sizing.On a positive side the plates are white not the off white/grey ting of some brandsslightly raised rim that matches the plates. I may add the next size salad plates for serving starters etc because these are a little small for that. The set is both elegant enough for dinner parties and robust enough for every day use. 5 Stars for ecookshop/ dawsons as well. Best price on the internetfree delivery if youre spending 100+ emails to let you know when your order is despatchednext day delivery with a 1 hour window timeslot and extremely well packaged.
