Portmeirion’s porcelain ware can be used in the microwave, but take care as the
surfaces of the ware may become hot. In line with microwave oven manufacturers it is recommended that
Portmeirion ceramic products should only be used in a microwave oven when they contain food or liquids.
Microwave ovens should not be used to 'warm' empty ceramicware items.
