| Thank you for the excellent customer service. I placed one order and was so impressed with your on line service I placed another order a few days later. The items are packed so well and I loved being kept informed by email and text exactly as to when my order was going to be delivered and having the option to change my delivery day which I took advantage of. I will not hesitate in placing more orders in the future and recommending your company. |

| An exceptionally good selection of the Portmeirion range at the most competitive prices I could find on the net and believe me I searched hard The communication from Dawsons was excellent the delivery of the goods was prompt packaging and goods condition on arrival was excellent and the email communication from Dawsons to advise the delivery day and 2 hour time slot fantastic and accurate. I have placed a number of orders with Dawsons and will continue to use them as a supplier in the future without hesitation. |

| This has to be one of the best online shops Ive used. Great prices a good selection and the delivery service is amazing. The care taken to pack the orders must take forever All bubble wrapped taped and boxed with care. I looked around for Holly and Ivy online but these guys were by far the cheapest. | After much online research I discovered Dawsons ecookshop. Dawsons gave some of the best customer service and prices that I have experienced when buying online. I purchased extra side and dinner plates for my Portmeirion service and was thrilled to receive everything in perfect condition not an easy task through the post. Many many thanks and I would thoroughly recommend Dawsons. |

| We are Americans who for many years visited family in Lancashire. We found Dawsons 20 years ago and from this enchanting store began buying this Portmerion design because we usually came at Christmas. Since 2008 we live here permanently. Shopping at Dawsons and Holly and the Ivy are now a family tradition. This store continues to surprise and delight throughout the year we especially enjoy refreshments at the in-house cafe after shopping. |

| For several years I have bought this Brand as Christmas gifts for friends. Our intention to complete a collection. Over the years it has been increasingly hard to purchase at local department stores with little or no selection available. Dawsons offers a wonderful selection of this range and their service is absolutely first class. I have saved this site to my favourites and I would urge you to do likewise.
