Normal Delivery Service
Free Delivery to most UK destinations on orders over £50.
Please use the table below to check the delivery cost for your area.
Items in stock will be delivered to the within 5 - 10 working days to the U.K. Mainland. For other areas delivery times will be extended.
For items in stock we will despatch within 5 - 10 working days of order date. During particularly busy periods delivery times will be extended.
We will inform you as soon as possible if any item is not in stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order.
An email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been shipped.
The order should arrive within 2 working days following this email. Deliveries are normally made between Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm.
Zones
Our Carriage Charges are grouped by delivery zones (Zones 1-2):
Zone 1 - Free Delivery on orders over £50 in Zone 1 otherwise £5.95.
Zone 1 includes England, Wales and Scotland, excludes locations in Zone 2, UK Islands, Islands of Scotlands and postcodes listed in Zone 2.
Zone 2 - £10.00
Includes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Islands - Including Postcodes HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Exclusions
Excludes Guernsey, Jersey, all International locations and any other locations not listed above.
SMS Information For Delivery
Provide us with your mobile telephone number (in the format 07 without international codes) and you will receive a SMS text to confirm despatch of your order and on the morning of delivery a second SMS text to confirm your availability. You will be given the option to re-arrange the delivery to a another convenient day.
Please Note:
i : This service is NOT available to all items despatched with ourselves.
ii : Your mobile phone number will be passed to the courier company for them to provide you with a text message.
iii : We will never pass your phone number on to any other companies.
