When will I receive my order?
During busy sales periods our delivery times will be extended up to 10 working days from date of order. At other times delivery can take from 3 - 5 working days.
Once your order is despatched you will receive an email confirming despatch.
If your order is being delivered by courier then you will receive further emails and text messages with delivery time slots (where available) and wil normally arrive the following working day.
Orders being despatched using Royal Mail parcel service can take an additional 5 - 7 working days to arrive from the date of despatch.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can but please be quick. Once your order has reached a certain point within the despatch process, we are unable to stop it from being despatched. Please phone as soon as you can so we can try to help.

All the products we currently stock are listed on the website. If particular items are no longer available then they will be removed.
If you are looking for a particular product try searching using the search box at the top of the page, try entering the first 3 letters of the design or product for example Blue for Blue Linen.
How is my order delivered?
The large majority of our parcels are despatched by courier. You will be emailed when your order is despatched and the parcel normally arrives the following working day.
In most cases it is advisable for you to get your parcel delivered to an address where you or somebody you know will be able to sign for it. We normally despatch orders in
approximately seven working days of receipt of your order. Parcels can be left without a signature as instructed at your own risk.
Can I view your products anywhere?
Our products can be viewed at our Department Store in Clitheroe however please note we do not have the full range in store.
If you intend to visit please contact us at least 24hrs before so that we can ensure the products you wish to view are available in store.
