This was my first order and I have been totally satisfied with every aspect of the service I have received. The ordering process online was easy no messing with passwords just place the order and send The 3 Ply set of pans are optimum quality and going to put a smile on mums face christmas morning. I have placed two large orders for Holly and Ivy Portmerion to add to my collection from last year together with items from Le Crueset and Portmerion Snowman collection - all items were received within two days packed beautifully and fully secure. Having attended a Rick Stein Far Eastern Cookery Course where they use 3 ply pans I decided that I just had to replace my old Stainless Pans with something better. I looked at the cost of the American Made Pans and decided to see if any one else produced anything comparable. I came across the ecookshop site and was interested to see that Le Creuset had just launched a new range and sent off for the Special Offer Try Me pan. It was just as good as the far more expensive American Brand so I ordered 5 more from the ecookshop. They are fantastic high quality and so much better to cook with. No more Hot Spots with even heat distribution and more temperature control. They may be more expensive than some other single ply pans but boy are they worth it

These pans are durable very well made and teenager proof Heat distribution is even across the base. They wash well too which is a bonus. Although the initial outlay is quite high it is well worth it because they last for years.

Just received my order of a few Le Creuset products and I have to say im very impressed. Firstly I would have no hesitations in recommending this site. Arrived within 3 days and received very detailed emails for delivery. I was even given an hours slot in which it arrived very promptly.Le Creuset is an expensive collection to start but worth every penny. Ive gone for Teal which is lovely. Ill be ordering a few more bits soon.
