I just have to say what an amazing service I ordered Sunday night and my order arrived today FridayThe tracking is great it told me to expect a delay due to bad weather which I was expecting but no it arrived on time. Everything was packed so well yes I was charged 10 for delivery to the IOM but so worth it I have today recommended this company to friends and I will be ordering from them again many thanks.

Great service - super quick efficient. Great tracking service with emails texts - the delivery arrived almost to the minute advised Packed to protect the items even in an earthquake - I now have about an acre of bubble wrap. HIGHLY recommended. Would certainly shop here again.

The blue is a beautifull colour and the quality of the potttery and accessories are outstanding. the customer service is fantastic. I like the way you are emailed the hour window in which the delivery is coming.looking forward to buying more.

Ordered some Denby White from the website. Items were delivered on time. When I unpacked the items one plate was broken. I phoned Dawsons and explained the situation. It was arranged that a replacement plate would posted out to us. Two days later our replacement plate was with us. Fantastic service from Dawsons and will be ordering more Denby soon. Passed the website details on to my Mam who ordered some Poole Pottery and received the same great service as we did.

Competitive prices speedy delivery 3 days - and one of those was a Sunday well wrapped - no breakages as Ive had from other companies. I would have given 5 stars but I had a couple of plates missing from the original order BUT the friendly efficient response of the staff member I spoke to was exceptional and the replacements were there the next day I would have no hesitation in using this company again I wish ALL websites or shops were as pleasant and efficient.
